This Privacy Policy describes how TunnelSwap handles information when you use our anonymous no-KYC, privacy-first crypto exchange. The product is built so that we do not create a lasting user profile. Using the site means you understand this Policy.
A. Privacy-first design
TunnelSwap is a non-custodial swap swap: no signup, no identity upload for standard routes, and no hosted balance in your name. Order pages are available with an Exchange ID for roughly 24 hours, then wiped from the public service.
B. Information processed for a swap
To run one swap we need operational details for that order only — typically the assets and networks you select, amounts, deposit and payout addresses, and related on-chain references shown on the order page. Those operational records are not kept as a marketing profile and are removed from the platform after the short order window.
C. What we avoid collecting
We do not build KYC files and we do not require an email or password for a normal swap. We do not intentionally store browsing fingerprints such as IP address or device/browser strings as part of a personal dossier.
D. Why we process order data
- To quote, detect the deposit, and send the payout for the swap you opened
- To answer support questions when you provide an Exchange ID
- To respond to valid legal demands when the law requires it
We do not sell personal data or rent it for advertising.
E. Local preferences
Your browser may keep theme or language preferences in local storage so the UI stays consistent. We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, or analytics cookies for ad targeting. Blocking cookies may reset those local preferences only.
F. Safeguards
Traffic to the site uses TLS. Access to operational systems is limited. No internet service is perfectly secure; you still protect your own wallets and devices.
G. Retention
Public order pages and related platform logs for a standard swap are retained about 24 hours, then deleted from our systems and are not restored for casual lookup.
H. Your choices
Where local law grants access, correction, deletion, or objection rights over personal data we still hold, contact [email protected] with enough detail (such as an Exchange ID) for us to locate the relevant record within the retention window.
I. Minors
The service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly onboard minors. Contact us if you believe a minor used the site.
J. Updates
We may revise this Policy and post a new “Last Updated” date. Keep using the service after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
